TORONO, ON (January 14, 2026) — The Toronto Beaches announced today that the club has acquired the second overall pick in the 2026 OJLL Draft, a 2027 second-round pick, and goaltender Lucas Johnston from the Oakville Buzz.
In return, the Buzz receive three first-round picks (2028, 2030, 2032), a 2028 second-rounder, and transition player Tyler Francis-Renner.
“We have done our homework and feel very prepared to improve our organization on Sunday. We take great pride in drafting not only good players but also good people,” Beaches General Manager and Head Coach Reilly O’Connor said of the deal.
